1. Identify the bad ad: Look for any unusual ads that redirect you to another site or create pop-ups (excluding vignette ads).

2. Capture the Ad URL: Right-click on the ad and select "Inspect" to access the code. Locate and copy the Ad URL.

3. Note the site URL: Record the URL of your site where you encountered the bad ad as well as the time you encountered it. It's also recommended that you grab a screenshot of the ad in question.

4. Open a support ticket: Go to our Support portal and open a new ticket.

5. Provide details: Paste the Ad URL and your site URL into the ticket, and include any additional relevant information.

6. Submit the ticket: Send the ticket to our Ad Ops team for further investigation and action.

We also encourage you to add the provider of the ad to the Advertiser Blocker app. This will allow Google to block ads from this provider from being shown across your website.
