Introduction

Welcome to our Help Center article on Ezoic's dashboard stats update schedule. If you've noticed discrepancies or missing earnings in your dashboard, rest assured, this is most likely due to the timing of our updates. This article will provide you with detailed information about when and how often your stats, such as revenue, visits, traffic, and earnings, are refreshed. Understanding this schedule will help you better interpret your dashboard data and set accurate expectations for seeing your latest performance metrics.

Overview

The dashboard reporting at Ezoic is not in real-time. Stats such as revenue, visits, traffic, and earnings for each day are updated at 12pm (midday) PST the following day. This means that the revenue for today will be updated at 12 noon PST tomorrow. It's important to note that the revenue reported in the dashboard is estimated and not considered final until the various ad networks report back, which usually occurs on a net 30-day basis.

This delay in reporting exists because Ezoic allows publishers to benefit from partnerships with numerous demand sources. These partners report their data at various times and with different frequencies, making it more efficient for publishers to wait until all data has been collected. This ensures the provision of a comprehensive set of updated results.

Tips and Best Practices

To optimize your understanding and usage of Ezoic's dashboard reporting, consider the following best practices and tips:

  1. Check Stats After 12 PM PST: Since the stats are updated at 12 noon PST the following day, it is best to review your earnings and traffic data after this time to ensure you are seeing the most recent updates.
  2. Understand the Reporting Lag: Be aware that the dashboard reports estimated revenue and visits. Final figures are subject to change until ad networks report their data, usually on a net 30-day basis. Patience is key.
  3. Stay Informed About Timing Differences: Different ad networks may report at different times and frequencies. Familiarize yourself with these variations to better interpret your dashboard data.
  4. Use Comprehensive Data: For a more accurate analysis, wait until all results are in from the various demand sources before drawing conclusions or making decisions based on the dashboard data.
  5. Regularly Monitor Updates: Regularly check for updates after the standard reporting time to stay informed about your earnings and traffic trends.

By following these practices, you can better navigate the reporting system and make more informed decisions based on the data provided.
